The founders of Choice Connections bring decades of combined experience working directly in the field of developmental disabilities — as direct support professionals, program coordinators, and advocates. They've seen firsthand what works, what falls short, and what individuals truly need to thrive.
Choice Connections was built from that lived professional knowledge — with one clear purpose: to create a Tailored Day Services program so deeply person-centered that every participant feels seen, heard, and genuinely supported in pursuing the life they choose.
