Social Buddy & Individual 1:1 Support
At Choice Connections, we believe meaningful relationships, personal choice, and a true sense of belonging are essential to a fulfilling life. Our services are built around each person's interests, preferences, strengths, goals, and vision for how they want to spend their day.
Social Buddy Support
Social Buddy Support thoughtfully brings together two individuals who enjoy spending time together and share similar interests, hobbies, or preferred activities.
With support from a Choice Connections team member, Social Buddies can:
Social Buddy pairings are intentional and person-centered. We consider compatibility, shared interests, communication styles, individual preferences, comfort level, and personal choice when helping individuals connect.
Individual 1:1 Support
For individuals who prefer or benefit from dedicated one-to-one assistance, Choice Connections also offers Individual 1:1 Support.
A Choice Connections team member provides personalized support based on the individual's goals, interests, preferences, and support needs. 1:1 Support may include:
