Community Navigator Requirements

Community Navigator — Minimum Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid driver's license preferred
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the community
Strong communication and documentation skills
Dependable, patient, respectful, and person-centered
Willingness to complete required training
